WEEK # 16 - Summary (It's OVER!)


WEEK # 16 of 16  - Total Distance/Time  - (LAST WEEK Summary)

Swim = 0 yds (0 hrs)
Bike = 16 miles (1 hr)
Run = 6 miles (1 hrs)
CrossFit = 1 WODs (1 hr) 

TOTAL =  3.0 Hours    

This was the week of the race. Monday was labor day and Thursday we flew to Wisconsin. I got to do a pretty good WOD and a little strength. I also did a couple of good quality miles running. Biking was just spinning on the gym for 20 minutes, the rest was a quick spin to check bike shifting in Wisconsin. Couldn't swim due to logistics.
